Basically a teenage – coming of age – movie about 3 friends who have grown apart, re-unite as part of an old promise, then go together on a journey to sort out there problems / ambitions. Oh yeah they also take a suspected murderer along becasue he happens to have a car.

It’s a bit like Thelma & Louise in places as there is lots of soul searching, but there is no real edge here and Thelma & Louise didn’t keep breaking into song every 5 minutes or so.

It’s not all that bad really, in fact it’s probably better than I expected. It’s a feel good film and Britney’s acting is no more wooden than anyone else’s. The singing / popstar stuff showcases Britney, but at the same time is quite irritating. Chilled, relaxed and easy to watch.
